Greetings, friends!
We are Jim and Karen Pasqualini and we primarily live just north of Pittsburgh, PA. We also have a winter home in Latitude, Margaritaville, just 20 miles from HHI.
Wherever you stay, we hope that you love our house and hope that it serves you well as your temporary home! Enjoy the community, enjoy the beach, enjoy Hilton Head Island, and enjoy life!

We are big Pittsburgh sports fans, and LOVE to travel. Together, we have been to 11 countries! From December 2024 to April 2025, we traveled in our RV, with Sadie, from PA to CA and back, stopping in 10 states along the way!
